This Privacy Policy applies to personal information we process when you:

• Download and use the NC724 mobile application
• Use our website and related services that link to this Privacy Policy
• Engage with us through marketing, events, or communications

NC724 is a gamified habit tracking app designed to help you build discipline, stay consistent, and track progress across areas like health, fitness, routines, work, mindfulness, and more. Features may include habits, streaks, XP, levels, challenges, accountability groups, analytics, and rewards.

Minimum age

NC724 is intended for users aged 13 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us personal information, contact us at hello@nc724.com and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.

Information we collect

Information you provide directly

We collect personal information you voluntarily provide when you register, use features, or contact us. This may include:

• Name
• Email address
• Account credentials such as password or authentication tokens
• Customer support messages you send us
• Payment related details needed to process purchases, handled by our payment processor

Offer walls: NC724 does not currently provide third party offer wall advertising within the app. If we add an offer wall feature in the future, we will update this policy and disclose what data is shared and how you can opt out where required.

NC724 may allow social features such as accountability groups, challenges, leaderboards, comments, messages, or shared progress. Information you choose to share through these features may be visible to other users depending on your settings, for example private or public profile.

While we do not respond to browser based Do Not Track signals, we honor legally required opt out mechanisms where applicable.
