Delete Your Account & Data

Use this form to request permanent deletion of your NC724 account and the user data associated with it.

Please read before submitting

Your request will be processed and your data deleted within 3–5 business days of receiving it. A confirmation email will be sent to you once the account deletion has been completed.

Deleting your account permanently removes:

Your account and profile information (name, email, photo)
Your habits, streaks, reminders and progress history
Any notes, journal entries and uploaded content
App usage and analytics data linked to your account

This action cannot be undone and your data cannot be restored afterwards. Records we are legally required to retain (for example billing or tax records) may be kept for the period required by law and are not used for any other purpose. If you purchased a subscription through the App Store or Google Play, please also cancel it in your store account.

Please submit the request using the same email address you used to sign in to the NC724 app, so that we can verify the account.
